FIRST @ Bank of America
The team delivered 36 events, including hosting 120 private wealth and prospective clients at this year's Philadelphia Flower Show for International Women’s Day. Guests were invited to a preview hour to view the Flower Show ahead of the general public. Afterwards, we hosted a brunch and floral arrangement workshop where guests could use their Flower Show inspiration to create their very own bouquets.
FIRST @ bp
The team delivered 4 events, including the 153rd Birthday of Voluntary Services Aberdeen (VSA), a local North East, Scotland charity. bp has maintained a relationship with VSA for over 50 years, and held an in-office mini tea party with a cuppa and "fine peace" (local jargon for a sweet treat). The team held a charity awareness session for colleagues to meet VSA volunteers and learn about upcoming fundraising events. They had 20 runners participate in Run Balmoral, voted the most scenic run in the UK by Runner's World. The run incorporates beautiful Highland scenery on the Balmoral Estate, the Scottish home of the Royal Family; through the run, bp participants are helping to help raise funds for VSA’s work in Aberdeen communities.
FIRST @ Carlyle
The team delivered 15 events this month, including a Women in Credit luncheon in New York City and a book talk for employees featuring David M. Rubenstein in Washington, DC. The team’s next major milestone is the first investor conference of the year at the end of April.
FIRST @ Citadel
The team delivered 33 events this month, including:
- An International Women’s Day Celebration in Singapore. The Citadel and Citadel Securities teams got together in celebration of International Women’s Day. The event featured chocolatier and artist Janice Wong, who led the group in a unique chocolate painting experience.
- An International Women’s Day Celebration in NYC. The Citadel and Citadel Securities teams enjoyed a private exhibit viewing and a reception at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Guests were able to celebrate art created and curated by women, and learn about the history of the museum and its collections from the curator.
FIRST @ Goldman Sachs
The team delivered 70 events and 70 global roadshows, including:
- The Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management marquee women’s event, In the Lead, at the Montage Laguna Beach, California. This annual event convenes the top 100 leading ultra-high-net-worth women across the globe, with the goal of connecting them with each other, GS resources and external thought leaders. Attendees included notable entrepreneurs, corporate executives, philanthropists, influencers, fashion icons and stewards of family foundations. Notable keynote speakers included Ciara, Sue Bird and Allyson Felix. There were Master Class breakout sessions focusing on wine tasting, next-gen and financial planning and surprise and delight moments including a HyperIce recovery room, fitness classes and much more. The 1.5 day event closed out with a chef and spirit showcase featuring curating dishes by a group of Southern California-based female chefs and female-owned spirit companies.
- In The Lead EMEA at The Biltmore, Mayfair, welcoming 184 attendees. The day included a range of speakers including Jill Scott MBE; Alex Scott MBE; Yalda Hakim; Lady Ruthie Rogers CBE; Vanessa O’Brien; Irene and Lydia Forte and many more. There were also three 10,000 Small Business graduates showcasing their businesses: Rosie Fortescue Jewelry; By Sarah London and Travelwrap. The day consisted of fireside chats, panels and 3 breakout sessions on topics such as: Market Outlook Investing Strategies and Trends; Geopolitical Dynamics and Tensions; Understanding the Psychology of Wealth; Art & Collectibles; and Forging a Family Legacy.
FIRST @ McKinsey
The team has booked booked over 100 programs for 2023 globally, and many more being actively sourced including a 5,000 person program to take place in Chicago in 2025.
One highlight included the Green Business Event North America in San Francisco, which convened over 440 climate tech investors, incumbents and entrepreneurs. Over the course of 2.5 days, the team hosted a dinner at the 1 Hotel and organized more than a dozen mainstage speakers, 32 breakouts and 65 1:1 client discussions at Fort Mason, a venue set on the San Francisco Bay with views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. The event also showcased 12 climate tech demos including electric vehicle test drives, hydrofoil boat rides and alternative protein samples (like vegan fried chicken and mushroom bacon). They served a fully vegetarian menu for the event and used sustainable materials for signage, décor and nametags.
FIRST @ Morgan Stanley
The team delivered 68 events and 185 roadshows, including:
- The flagship European Financials Conference. The team had obstacles to navigate including 2-days of industrial action on the transport network, plus volatile markets. Despite these challenges, over 1,000 individuals attended and 110+ corporate institutions were welcomed. Feedback from clients has been strong praising the content, meetings, surrounding social activities, conference organization and logistics.
- For the eighth year, Morgan Stanley sponsored The Players Championship, hosting employees and clients at two hospitality tents and six events throughout the eight-day tournament. The team incorporated two new technologies (Passkey and OnArrival Wristband printing) and collaborated with MS Marketing to highlight their new brand campaign and support their commitment to diversity and inclusion by featuring Cheyenne Woods at 4 out of the 6 daily events. The team has received an overwhelming amount of positive client feedback billing it as a "first class event" and "unforgettable experience" from attendees and client leadership.
