AMRS
The team delivered 620+ events - a combination of digital, onsite, and hybrid experiences.
The team at HUD 13 hosted the Cannes NYC Client Event, an extension of Google's activations at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity in France. The event brought messages of transformation via Artificial Intelligence (AI) from Cannes to senior-level clients in NYC. It was part of Google's Customer Engagement Pillar and had multiple VPs in attendance. The team, along with several vendors, created a fun, beachy white party space that included a DJ, rosé cart & an AI bartending experience.
Google's ERG, VetNET, hosted a keynote executive fireside chat between Jon Stewart and the CEO of Google Public Sector, Karen Dahut, as part of Google VetNet Career Week. The event was well attended in person and live-streamed on Life @ Google YT Channel.
Pier 57 hosted Google PRIDE’s kick-off, “You Betta Werk,” storytelling event to celebrate PRIDE Month and the voices of LGBTQ+ community members. The event was attended by over 400 guests and featured some of the most notable drag storytellers, including Brita Filter from RuPaul’s Drag Race fame. In addition, the Pier was honored to host three other notable PRIDE events, including the Drag Showcase, the Northeast PRIDE Fireside Chat, and the PRIDE Ballroom event.
EMEA
The team delivered 400+ digital and onsite experiences across Europe.
The London SMM Team oversaw an important leadership program for Google Bard. The event quickly grew in scope and put our Event Manager, EIlie Smith, and her team to the test. The event was a collaboration with our Agency lane FIRST colleagues, who provided production services. The team successfully navigated client requests and communicated with key stakeholders at every point which led to incredible client feedback.
The Paris team hosted the KERING Sustainability Hackathon and welcomed over 100 in-person client guests from KERING. The event was a 2-day workshop followed by a sustainable tech project contest. VIP guests included KERING CEO, François Pinault.
Dublin hosted the Performance Max Summit and welcomed over 300 in-person guests and over 700 online external viewers. The Dublin EP team worked alongside external agency partners to help produce individually tailored experiences for both the in-room and online audiences.
APAC
The team delivered many experiences in June: nearly 40 digital, 150 in-person, and 135 hybrid.
The Google Marketing Live event took place in Sydney on June 8th and in Singapore the following week. This is the first event supporting the Google Ads business this year and the teams first time hosting an in-person GML with B+/C Level clients. The event hosted more than 300 attendees across the region in Sydney, and over 250 attendees in Singapore.
PRIDE TGIF at the Singapore Campus on the June 23rd was filled with support from allies and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. It was highlighted with a performance from Google’s very own drag Queen: Honey Gluttony and her Drag Mother, Victoria Wondersnatch. Approximately 400 attendees came to the Shiok! Cafe to honor PRIDE month!
