FIRST @ BP
FIRST supported the BP client at the NATO Special Operations Headquarters for the first townhall of 2023. The SVP to the North Sea hosted a 30-minute session emphasizing the importance of safety in everything they do, and sharing the company's 2023 deliverables.

The team supported 12 events, including the firm’s annual New Year Party for 350 guests in Washington, DC and a departmental offsite in New York City.
FIRST @ Goldman Sachs
The team completed 80 events including:
- The inaugural Rising Leaders Forum, which convened 300 young investors with Goldman Sachs and Robin Hood leadership to discuss philanthropic impact. Featuring a diverse panel of speakers including of Richard Buery, Tory Burch, Geoffrey Canada, Misty Copeland, Allyson Felix, Thelma Golden, John King Jr., Alexis Ohanian, and Darren Walker, the day highlighted the impact and importance of next generation engagement. The forum showcased multiple 10,000 Small Business vendors and a surprise pop-up partnership with Carbone for lunch. The evening culminated with a Happy Birthday singalong led by Tom Hanks followed by a fireside chat, and a special appearance by Mayor Adams at Cipriani.
- The 31st annual Global Strategy Conference welcomed attendees back fully-in person for the first time since the pandemic. With over 400 attendees, a packed auditorium supported by popular overflow rooms meant attendees could hear first-hand the economic views and key strategy recommendations across the main asset classes and regions for 2023. Some sessions also included a live polling activity to increase engagement between presenters and the audience. Following a packed agenda, a handful of intimate client dinners were hosted by some of the speakers to discuss learnings and gain further insight from key partners. The event continued to extend its reach post-event with a full recording circulated shortly afterwards.
FIRST @ Meta
The team completed 4 events this month, including the second AR Summit. For the event, 41 AR creators from around the globe were hosted and creators shared the latest information on their internal platforms via a series of sessions including virtual object demos, breakout and build workshops, lighting talks, and an 'ask me anything' panel with top industry leads.
FIRST @ McKinsey
The team has booked 77 programs for 2023 and are actively sourcing more.
One highlight was the first annual SHaPE NA Client Boost Week. It included 500+ one-on-one client meetings, tech firm visits, dinners (including one at 49ers Levi’s Stadium), receptions, and demos convening around the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference in venues across the San Francisco Bay Area. The week culminated in a 150-person partner meeting and celebratory dinner at The Claremont Club and Spa in Berkeley, executed in the middle of torrential downpours and flash flood warnings!
FIRST @ Morgan Stanley
The team completed 51 events and 106 roadshows.
One event was the CS & GC Executive Committee’s Annual Offsite for 2023. Spanning three days, this conference brought together a team from around the world for onsite panel discussions and learning sessions, followed by offsite dinners and entertainment. This event focused on teambuilding and the theme of ‘Driving Innovation and Commerciality Throughout CS & GC,’ curating engaging and unique food & beverage events that encouraged this team’s notion in a new perspective, outside of the conference room. Including the CHRO and Company Management executives, this conference received praise for its thoughtful, elevated nature, and for delivering a beneficial and exciting opportunity for the team.
