Events & Experiences
The team worked on 7 projects in October.
Some highlights included a meeting at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City featuring Barack Obama as a keynote speaker, a Blue Yonder event in London, site visits for the Interwell Health Kick-Off meeting in San Diego, and the first-ever event for our new client, Jones Trading, in Miami.
Global Creative Services
Team members from all disciplines of the Global Creative Studio (GCS) team, including Design, Content, and Strategy, have kept busy and creative this month on projects across all regions. Highlights include a 3D Design and Strategy delivery for a Bridgestone proposal in the US, a blanket of graphics for the Indeed Future Works event at a football stadium in Frankfurt, Germany, many screens worth of video work for the MBS Fashion Show in Singapore and a long list of content opportunities for Google, including a last-minute filming at IMEX Las Vegas for a key ABC client.
Venue Sourcing
The team was busy working on nearly 40 global events in October.
They received great feedback on the Westin Denver venue from our client, Interwell Health. Venue Sourcing team members did a number of onsite visits, including Jazz at Lincoln Center, IMEX in Vegas, and the Four Seasons Conference coming up in November.
Event Tech
The team supported nearly 15 events in the month of October.
Some highlights included handling website registration, attendee management and badging for new client Grafine Partners for their first Annual Meeting, supporting a new event for Advent, "The Ranch", and the London team getting ready to attend Cvent Connect Europe and Event Tech Live in November.
